Join us on the 1st & 3rd Mondays, 6:30-8:00 PM at CenterPeace Troy for a transformative experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
This restorative aerial yoga class is a deeply relaxing practice that combines the gentle support of an aerial silk hammock with restorative yoga postures to promote healing, relaxation, and balance.
In this class, you’ll experience the sensation of being weightless as the hammock supports your body, allowing you to release tension, stretch more deeply, and improve flexibility without strain.
The poses are held for longer periods, encouraging mindfulness, soothing the nervous system, and promoting deep rest.
Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or an experienced yogi, this class will help you find balance, ease, and a renewed sense of calm.
* Please note, Class size is limited so be sure to sign up early.
