Frequently Asked Questions

Prior to the appointment make sure you fill out the online intake form and plan to arrive at least 5-10 mins early.

I will meet you in the lobby where you can use the restroom if needed. I’ll bring you back into my room and we will both have a seat while I go over the intake form and what to expect during the session.

If receiving a massage I’ll leave the room to wash my hands while you undress to your comfort level.

During the session I encourage you to let me know if you need any changes. Whether that be temperature, music, pressure, or anything that you may need to be the most comfortable.

After the session I’ll leave to wash my hands while you redress. Once ready I will come back into the room to go over anything specific about the session, collect payment, and offer to schedule another appointment.

I kindly ask for more than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the service price collected from the card on file. I understand sickness and emergencies happen that will be taken in consideration case-by-case.
