Hi, I’m Serena! I am a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and a yoga teacher. I offer a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down and feel held both physically and emotionally.

Massage
Every massage is custom tailored to your body and how you are feeling in the moment, using Intuition and a variety of therapeutic techniques. Hot towels, aromatherapy, and a heated eye mask is included at no extra cost.
Reiki
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that harnesses universal life energy to promote balance & wellness on physical, emotional, & spiritual levels.
Yoga
I teach a variety of yoga classes at Center peace Troy & Farmington. Each one is designed to promote deep relaxation and the mind body connection. Check out the yoga & events page for more information!
Common Questions

Prior to the appointment make sure you fill out the online intake form and plan to arrive at least 5-10 mins early.
I will meet you in the lobby where you can use the restroom if needed. I’ll bring you back into my room and we will both have a seat while I go over the intake form and what to expect during the session.
If receiving a massage I’ll leave the room to wash my hands while you undress to your comfort level.
During the session I encourage you to let me know if you need any changes. Whether that be temperature, music, pressure, or anything that you may need.
After the session I’ll leave to wash my hands while you redress. Once ready I will come back into the room to go over anything specific about the session, collect payment, and offer to schedule another appointment.

I take Cash, Credit/Debit,Apple Pay, Venmo. I typically don’t have change so if paying in cash I recommend bringing exact cash.
